The numbers can’t be fooled: Russian government loses to everyone on measures to help the population

Of course the fact that the Russian authorities actually withdrew from this kind of assistance is noteworthy: in this list, our country takes a shameful last place.

Against this background, statements like Sobyaninsky sound extremely cynical that the budget will crack from financial assistance to people. At the same time, the mayor is not shy even in these conditions to engage in shifting the ill-fated tile, allocating billions of rubles for this!

But officials in other countries for some reason do not make such statements. Apparently, the life of their citizens there is appreciated much more.

On this occasion, the well-known Russian sociologist Simon Kordonsky spoke very well in his blog :

“People are baying. Bays consider themselves citizens. But there are no citizens in our country, but there are subjects - from the point of view of the state. The authorities distribute to the subjects various resources, and the subjects must be grateful to the authorities for receiving what they are entitled to. And if the subjects take in excess, they also receive, but according to the Criminal Code. After all, citizens are like children, sticking all sorts of imported poop in their mouths, looking in the wrong direction and reading the wrong thing, reading all sorts of indecency, walking in places not intended for walking. The state takes care of its subjects, protects them from dangers, issues laws prohibiting all indecent actions and gives them the resources that it can give at the moment. After all, it must first of all provide for its needs, and for its subjects - according to the residual principle. Now the situation is such that the volume of distributed resources has drastically decreased and the state does not have enough to provide for itself, what can we say about citizens there. Therefore, the subjects were ordered to sit at home and not rock the boat, wait until the state sorted out threats that were unexpected for it and could pay attention to the subjects' subjects. They promise to manage before the May holidays ... "
