The fine for going out without good reason is four thousand rubles, for leaving the car - five thousand rubles. In case of repeated violation, pedestrians will pay five thousand rubles. For legal entities, the fine for repeated violations can reach 500 thousand rubles, for officials - 50 thousand rubles.
The regime of self-isolation in Moscow is introduced for citizens of all ages. Leaving the apartment is allowed only in cases of applying for emergency medical care and other direct threats to life and health, trips to work, if a person is obliged to go to it, making purchases in the nearest store or pharmacy. You can also leave the house to take out the trash and walk the pets at a distance of no more than one hundred meters from the place of residence.
Two days earlier, the Presnensky court of Moscow fined a thousand inhabitants of the capital, Jesus Vorobyov, whose detention while walking with a dog at the Patriarch's Ponds caused a great resonance in social networks.
“Jesus Vorobyov did not exceed the distance of 100 meters from the house, which is prescribed by new regulations for dog walking. There is simply no other place for walking dogs in the vicinity,” Vorobyov’s lawyer Alexei Pryanishnikov told Novye Izvestia.
The video, which got into social networks and caused great indignation of users, shows how Jesus Vorobyov asks to return the dog to him, but the police, despite his requests, push the detainee into the car and take him away.
The protocol on Jesus Vorobyov was drawn up for disobeying the lawful order of a law enforcement officer. The maximum penalty that threatened him was 15 days of administrative arrest, but the court limited himself to a fine.
Earlier, a lack of understanding among car owners was caused by a statement by Moscow City Duma speaker Alexei Shaposhnikov, who said that only those who observe the isolation regime together can drive in the same car in Moscow. According to him, a trip from an apartment to a summer cottage is not prohibited, the main thing is to move alone. The same applies to any trip in the car, including a trip, for example, to the store.
Later, the capital's mayor Sergei Sobyanin explained that Muscovites are not yet limited in travel by personal transport and the number of people in the cabin is also not regulated, however, according to Sobyanin, there should not be large companies when traveling in the car.
According to Sobyanin, an intelligent transport system in Moscow allows you to track what each car does - "either rides around the city endlessly, or from home to work and back."
Over the past day in Moscow, 660 new cases of coronavirus were detected. In total, in the capital, which is the leader in the country in terms of the number of infected, 5841 cases of COVID-19 are now recorded.
The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Russia per day amounted to 1,175 people in 56 regions of the country. The total number of Russians infected with coronavirus exceeded 8.6 thousand people, more than 60 patients died.
