In this situation some questions arose. What about those who do not have such a card and who cannot now reach the metro station to buy it. According to the RIA Novosti news agency, the Moscow Department of Transport informed that the Troyka transport card in Moscow could be ordered for home delivery via the Yandex.Lavka service.
In addition to the Troyka and Strelka cards, you can use a monthly single ticket for travel in Moscow public transport, as well as social cards of a Muscovite and a resident of the Moscow region, but their numbers will need to be indicated in the application for a digital pass, otherwise they will not work .
The Moscow Transport Department says that the collateral value of the Troika card will remain the same - 50 rubles, its minimum face value is also 50 rubles, that is, the total value will be 100 rubles.
If the electronic card number is not indicated in the digital pass, then travel in city public transport will not be possible - the card will not work both in the metro and in ground transport. Control over the movement of cars will now be carried out using photo and video cameras, and a digital pass will need to indicate the number of the car, and it must be indicated at least five hours before the start of the first trip.
Residents of Moscow with official identification cards that do not require a digital pass will still be forced to register their car numbers or transport cards on mos.ru until April 22.
