“Following the meeting, the regional commission overturned the decree of the head of the administration of the Dombarovsky district on the selection of children”, - the press service of the regional government said in a statement.

According to guardianship authorities, Lichtenwald could not cope with parental responsibilities, refused medical examinations and treatment of children. At the same time, the regional Minister of Education, Alexei Pakhomov, said that picking up children was the only way to influence parents at least somehow. The family lives in an emergency home, where there is a risk of a ceiling collapse. His family acquired maternity capital two years ago, but did not live in it, having moved to Orsk. During this time, housing deteriorated. When the family returned to their home village, the guardianship authorities had questions about home safety. The father of the family asked the authorities to help with the repair of the emergency building, instead of helping the authorities decided to take the children away for a while until the family decides on the security of the home.
