Kadyrov allocated money to the bridegrooms for the brides' purchasing

Funds were allocated from the Akhmat-Hadji Kadyrov Foundation. Each family of the groom will receive 50 thousand rubles to perform the ceremony of marriage according to Muslim canons, which provides for the payment of a certain amount of money for the bride, established by the clergy. According to Muslim traditions, the money after the wedding should go to the bride, RIA Novosti writes.

Prior to this, Ramzan Kadyrov instructed the clergy to submit lists of people wishing to marry, but who did not have the financial ability to do this, including due to quarantine restrictions.

“On the instructions of the head of the republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, lists of people wishing to marry, but having financial difficulties, were formed in all regions. The regional fund of Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov allocated funds for the purchase of 207 brides”, - a spokesman for the Muslim Spiritual Administration of the republic said.

To play a wedding on a grand scale until you succeed. Because of the epidemic, marriage was not possible until May 25. The authorities of the region fell asleep with requests to allow them to get married again. The ban was lifted on May 25, but the ceremony can still be celebrated only in the circle of those closest to you, and only two cars can go to buy the bride.

Rosa Syabitova, Russia’s “Chief Television Match”, co-host of the Let's Get Married TV program, commented on this order for Sputnik Radio:

- Here is the correct position of a person who honors traditions. In other parts of Russia, kalym is not important, or nikah - this is like a wedding - is not important. But everyone lives according to their traditions, and traditions need to be maintained in such a difficult time. You know, I like what Kadyrov is doing in this regard, because I myself am a Muslim and I understand what it is about.

She is convinced that young families at the initial stage of life together need to be helped, including financially. According to Rosa Syabitova, this is especially important in the current difficult situation:

“These are just certain circumstances”. Now it’s difficult for everyone, but you need to get married, you need to honor your traditions, and if the authorities help, then this is just great ... You can survive this difficult situation and build your own family together and create jointly acquired property. I perceive this situation as the help of the parents: the newlyweds need help, many young families would survive, that is, they would not divorce if the parents would participate more actively, especially on the material side, in helping the newlyweds. On the part of the parents, or, in this case, on the part of the state, this is like a credit of trust: we invest in children, and the children will already show how much they value it, how much it helped them, and, most importantly, how they managed this credit of trust.

Earlier, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov was suspected of a coronavirus, but later Kadyrov himself stated that he was absolutely healthy.

Since the spread of the epidemic in Chechnya, over 1.3 thousand people have become ill with coronavirus, including 20 patients who have confirmed the disease in the last day. Most of them have already recovered. From complications died 15 patients, including one person in the last day.
