The remote work mode ends at the presidential administration on June 15. Most officials will return to jobs.

The remote work regime introduced on March 30 ceases in the Kremlin, RBC reports, referring to its sources close to the presidential administration.

“They informed us that, since the restrictions were lifted (in Moscow), from Monday, June 15, we are returning to normal working hours”, - the source said, noting that some employees went back to work on June 8.

Recall that on March 30, a self-isolation regime was introduced and a non-working period began. In Moscow, closed cafes, restaurants, parks, entertainment venues and commercial enterprises.

Dmitry Polevoy, chief economist at the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), noted that the non-working period in Russia had an unprecedented impact on consumption.

At the same time, every sixth Russian refused to observe self-isolation. And more often than not, young people aged 18-30 years violated the regime.

As for the work, every fifth company noted that it was ready to extend the “remote” mode for its employees even after lifting the restrictions.
