Tourists will be allowed to rest in sanatoriums only after submitting of three certificates

Sanatoria will accept guests only if they have three documents determined by the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare.

"Now the greatest advantage is for those who were just planning a vacation in a sanatorium. But the sanatorium has the right to accept a tourist only if he has three certificates. These are the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor", - said Maya Lomidze, executive director of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR), to Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

Among the necessary documents is the so-called kursovka, that is, a spa certificate, with an extract from the medical history and a doctor’s referral. In addition, it will be necessary to provide a certificate of the absence of coronavirus, which must be received 72 hours before departure to the place of rest. The third reference is about the sanitary and epidemiological environment.

Lomidze warned that without these certificates tourists can be “deployed” already at the airport, and “the sanatorium is criminally liable if it settles the tourist even without one of these certificates”.

- I wouldn’t count on it at random. And I wouldn’t think: there are two certificates, and we’ll somehow arrange the third one there. No, this is a non-working scheme, ”said the executive director of ATOR.

She also added that children's camps will be closed in June.

- Until the end of June, sending a child somewhere to rest will not work. In the near future, only one option for children's recreation seems to be real - with adults, she said.

Recall that the tourist season for the Russians will open on July 1. Sanatoriums were allowed to work as early as this month with a license.

It is noted that the rest on Russian resorts will cost more expensive by 20-30%.
