In the regions of Russia, the results of voting on amendments to the Constitution of the country are being counted. According to the Central Election Commission (CEC), at 23:30, according to the results of processing 70% of the protocols, 77.53% of the voters voted in favor of the amendments.

In Kamchatka Krai, 61.76% of those who voted in favor of amendments to the Constitution, 37.16% against, in the Magadan Region - 62.03% and 36.62%. In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, amendments were supported by 70.1% of the region’s residents, 28.97% of voters voted against. This is data processing 100% of the protocols in these regions. In the Irkutsk region, 100% of the protocols were also processed. Changes in the Constitution were supported by 64.28% of the region’s residents, 34.84% of voters voted against. In the Kurgan region, 69.58% voted in favor, 29.53% voted against.

The results of online voting in Moscow - for - 62.33%, against - 37.67%, - said the telegram channel of the publication "Ascent". By 23:50, half of the protocols were processed in Moscow. 65.2% of voters voted for amendments to the Constitution, 33.8% voted against.

Russian citizens who are abroad also actively participated in the voting, and queues were observed at some polling stations located in the Rossotrudnichestvo representative offices. This was announced by the new head of the agency Yevgeny Primakov.
