So far it has not been possible to make it clear whether it is a fake, a joke of the manufacturer of this important product or everything is serious.
Journalist Valeriya Myachina captured on her blog a thing that fifty years ago could have become truly epochal for Russia, but now seems just a joke:
“Citizens! Toilet paper is not a toy, but a hygiene product! After use it cannot be left "in the places of culture" - but you would find these places first, as well as the competent users who have learned this instruction..."
