The well-known Russian doctor and writer Alexey Motorov, in connection with the poisoning of Navalny, recalls in his blog an old, but at one time very sensational case:
“In August 1995, Zara Ismailova, the secretary of the banker Ivan Kivelidi, was brought to Pervaya Gradskaya, where I worked then. She died on the same day. Our patron surname Laskavy noticed signs of FOS poisoning and was alerted. In case of poisoning with cholinosterase inhibitors, there is one symptom that cannot be overlooked. Such a patient will have narrow pupils, and even a corpse, and for a long time after death. A couple of days later, in another hospital, Kivelidi himself died with the same symptoms. A month later, the medical examiner who opened it also died. The poison that was applied to the phone membrane in Kivelidi's office is not described in special literature, that is, it was created in secret laboratories. Organophosphate poisons of this level are not household poisoning, not food poisoning. And it is not private individuals who stand behind these. And these are not some scumbags like GCD or SERB. These are serious people. Specialists..."
In this regard, one of Motorov's readers recalls the circumstances of that case:
“Ivan Kivelidi, Chairman of the Russian Business Roundtable, Chairman of the Board of Rosbusinessbank, died in the morning from severe cerebral edema in the Central Clinical Hospital, where he was taken from the office on August 1, 1995, unconscious in a serious condition. Doctors diagnosed a massive heart attack.
However, on August 2, Kivelidi's personal secretary Zara Ismailova was admitted to the 1st Gradsky hospital with similar symptoms and on the morning of August 3 she died. The head of the department, a pathologist at the 1st Gradsky hospital, Joseph Laskavoy, despite the pressure from the prosecutor's office, did not rush to open the body because of the dubious clinic. when he heard about the death of Kivelidi through Echo of Moscow, he refused to open an autopsy and wrote in the medical history that death was the result of poisoning with an unknown poison and the corpse was subject to forensic medical examination in a specialized morgue.
Only thanks to the adherence to principles of doctor Laskavy was the poisoning of Ivan Kivelidi discovered. Later, the operative group officers who were examining the office fell seriously ill, and two of them could not be saved. One and a half months after opening the liver of Kivelidi, the expert who conducted this study died. A brown droplet of nerve agent organophosphate was detected only through a magnifying glass on a telephone receiver in Kivelidi's office.

For the death of a person, 1 mg of a toxic substance is enough, and it can be mixed without the consequences only in an ampoule. Later it turned out that the poison was produced from a poisonous substance at a military chemical plant in the city of Shikhany, Saratov region. This plant is the main supplier of poisonous substances for the special department of the FSB. The formula of this substance is still unknown, and even its name is a big secret, so it is not even in the top-secret catalogs of toxic substances. Spraying only one liter of such poison is enough to kill 25 million people, and six liters - for the population of all of Russia, of course, subject to the density of residence.

At first, on suspicion of murder, his friend and colleague Vladimir Khutsishvili was detained for a month, but then he was released for lack of evidence of poisoning. However, almost five years later, the "chemist" turned up to confess, who showed that it was Khutsishvilli who had acquired a drop of poison from him. Hearing about such an unparalleled repentance, Khutsishvili fled abroad from sin, but in June 2006 he returned to Russia, considering that the 10-year statute of limitations had expired. But the investigative committee needs to close the "hangings", so Khutsishvili first ended up in a pre-trial detention center, and then on the dock.
The closed court did not begin to find out how and where Khutsishvili acquired the secret poison, as well as how he, wearing a gas mask and three-layer chemical gloves, unnoticed by everyone, made his way into Kivelidi's office and dripped poison on the phone. The court on the testimony of professor-chemist Igor Rink "soldered" Khutsishvili on the eve of Christmas 2007 9 years in a general regime colony. And at the same time they want to convince us that the secret poison from the secret "sharashka" can be freely sold to any organ representative? In this case, a Riga riot policeman, who allegedly wanted to poison his dog, but then changed his mind and shared the poison with Khutsishvili.
Here the investigation, of course, very much "nagged" when the creator of a new top-secret substance, the scientist Rink, not having time to register it, fused the poison to the side, and received a suspended sentence for everything about everything..."
