The corresponding decree was published on the official portal of legal information.

- To increase the monetary remuneration of persons holding government positions in the Russian Federation from October 1, 2020 by 1.03 times, - is said in the text of the decree.

Also, by order of the head of state, from October 1, the salary will increase by 3% for the head of the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor General.

Let us recall that according to the published declarations of income, the richest security officer was Deputy Interior Minister Vitaly Shulik, who earned 26.7 million rubles. in 2019. Moreover, a year earlier, he declared a little over 4 million rubles.

The head of the IC, Alexander Bastrykin, earned 12.4 million rubles last year. - this is a million more than a year earlier. Igor Krasnov, who came to the place of the Prosecutor General in January 2020, who previously worked as Bastrykin's deputy, said 4.9 million rubles earned in 2019.

Among the members of the government and employees of the Kremlin, the highest income was obtained by the Minister of Industry Denis Manturov - 586 million rubles.
