As you know, in Bryansk on the night of September 17-18, a fatal road traffic accident happened. The Volkswagen Touareg car driven by the son of the vice-governor Alexander Rezunov, Maxim Rezunov, collided with a Toyota Will passenger car, throwing it onto another car - Mitsubishi Lancer. Three people were injured, including 35-year-old Toyota driver Dmitry Pugachev, who died on September 20 in the hospital without regaining consciousness.
Bryants responded to this news, expressing in social networks the hope that the culprit of the accident will answer to the fullest extent of the law for his offense. The fact is that the Volkswagen Touareg driver not only refused to undergo a medical examination for the state of alcoholic intoxication, but also fled from the scene. And this, among other things, can form a second corpus delicti. If a person deliberately escaped and abandoned people who need medical care, then this article 125 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is interpreted as being left in danger.
But even more "strange" is the behavior of the Bryansk police, which "did not find" anything special in this accident:
“The accident has been committed, no injured. Well, more precisely, they are. But this is just an accident, which was committed with the participation of one of the citizens”, - Marina Alimova, the deputy head of the information and public relations department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Bryansk region, told REN TV. In her opinion, the presence of three victims and the participation of a drunken son of a high-ranking official in the accident does not make this accident special.
“It's just an accident, one of many”, - said Marina Alimova.
“How can you give such comments ??? I'll follow the history, I wonder if the son of the vice-governor will also be given 8 years, like Yefremov? Or is it an unusual story with Yefremov, but here it is usual and you can understand, forgive and let go? " - asks the public figure Pyotr Shkumatov.
Indeed, the cruelty of the recent sentence to Mikhail Yefremov, who found himself in exactly the same situation (and he neither escaped the scene of the accident, nor refused to undergo a medical examination) raises many questions, while the Bryansk police have no questions.
