Yefremov paid compensation to the son of the deceased in an accident with his participation

Earlier, the son of the deceased in an accident asked to pay him 7.3 million rubles in compensation, but the court granted his request in part. The victim was not satisfied with the amount of compensation.

Yefremov was found guilty of an accident that resulted in the death of a person through negligence. He was sentenced to eight years, and also deprived of his rights for three years. The actor got into an accident on June 8 in the center of Moscow. The driver of the car, into which he flew into the oncoming lane, died the next day in the hospital. In court, Yefremov's lawyer tried to prove that his client was not driving at the time of the accident, but the judge did not believe the testimony of the witnesses. At one of the last meetings, Yefremov admitted his guilt.
