She clarified that Jeenbekov is currently in Bishkek, “controls the situation and expresses confidence that all political forces will put the country's interests above their own, will not allow a split in society and other fears that worry the country's citizens. to get the country back on track. First of all, it concerns the results of the parliamentary elections”.

It should be reminded that on October 5, in the center of the Kyrgyz capital, protests of supporters of parties that did not enter parliament began. One of these parties, the Social Democrats of Kurgyzstan, is headed by Sayitek Atambaev, the son of former Kyrgyz leader Almazbek Atambayev. The protesters demanded the cancellation of the voting results and new elections.

At night, a group of protesters broke into the building of the State Committee for National Security, where Atambayev has been held in the pre-trial detention center since last year. After negotiations with the heads of the State Committee, he was released, writes RBC. MP Sadir Japarov was also released from the colony. He arrived at the Ala-Too square to the protesters.

Protesters broke into the White House grounds, ramming the gate with a fire engine. According to TASS, at that time there were no employees and deputies. Later, a fire broke out in the seized government building - offices on the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floors caught fire, Sputnik Kyrgyzstan reports.
