Earlier, MP Anvar Artykov said that Jeenbekov intends to put his team at the head of the state. Today, the press service of the head of the republic noted that he is ready to resign when the country takes the path of legality.

The opposition has already nominated its candidate for the post of prime minister. Four parties united and proposed one candidate - Omurbek Babanov.

According to the representative of the Ata-Merek party, Tilek Toktogaziyev, Sadyr Japarov, who was previously approved for the post of prime minister by the country's parliament, was illegally appointed, and therefore is not the legitimate head of the cabinet.

Protests in Kyrgyzstan have been going on since Monday after the announcement of the results of the parliamentary elections. The opposition, which did not get a seat in parliament, did not recognize the election results and took people to the streets. The demonstrators seized the parliament building, and then staged a raider seizure of the largest gold deposits, some of which were defended. On Tuesday, October 6, the Central Election Commission canceled the voting results. On Thursday it became known that the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kashkar Dzhunushaliev had fled from the country, even before the results of the vote were announced, "like a coward".
