This video is the first recorded evidence of Turkish combat aircraft striking the territory of Karabakh.

The publication states that the blow to Stepanakert was inflicted "on the personal order of the Turkish leader". It is also noted that it was made in response to the strike of Russian bomber aircraft on the camp of the pro-Turkish forces in Syrian Idlib.
