He spoke about how to survive in the social hybrid war that is now happening on the air of Dmitry Peretolchin's The Smartest Podcast program on the Den-TV channel .
“We all need, first of all, to agree on the understanding that no one will solve their problems alone. And that we have certain values, which consist in the fact that there is a circle of people who have realized: everyone should have some kind of wealth.
For example, if we are talking about people from Moscow who go to some remote place, then their resources are enough to organize wealth there: both intellectual and financial, and so on.
If we analyze what is happening now, then we will understand that there is a total shift to digital and the reduction of all those people who do not find themselves at a distance - just as unnecessary, and the replacement of people with algorithms.
Over the spring of this year, millions of people have appeared in the country who have lost their jobs or income. And they, most likely, will not find a new job. And if these people try to look for wealth in the big economy, it turns out that it is no longer there.
There is a redistribution, in which the rich become even richer, the centers of wealth accumulate this from everyone, and everyone else is told, sorry, but for you, in fact, there is nothing.
Meanwhile, we are all online, everyone has gadgets, a computer and social networks, we have fun there, get to know each other, share our impressions. But we do not use these networks to create an exchange between ourselves.
And we do not do this because we are used to the fact that everyone is for himself. And this is the first problem. And there is an understanding that everyone is controlled by some big resource that tells everyone what to do.
And now we are faced with the fact that the crisis has said to millions of people: "Goodbye!"
And either we self-organize - and these millions of people will begin to somehow exchange among themselves, or they will have big problems.
But millions of people cannot organize themselves.
Dozens can self-organize. And if they show examples and algorithms of actions, then these dozens of people will become guides, followed by others.
And the seditious thought that follows from this is that it is very beneficial for the authorities.
The authorities understand that they have no money for all these people, and these people can be told: “Guys, come on yourself! Earn money! "
Actually, this is what the authorities say. The main trend of what will happen to those who are left without work is that they will be offered to become self-employed. This topic is actively pedaling, the State Duma is working on its specific solutions. The number of self-employed is growing.
... What a way out now. In Moscow, in large cities, there are companies that transferred 30% of their employees to remote locations. These people are sitting remotely in Moscow.
The question is - why, being at a distance, pay insane money in a big city, if you can drastically reduce your costs and live in an ecological environment?
Why should they sit remotely in Moscow if they can, having gathered in some communities, not necessarily with colleagues, find themselves remotely in a small town, where the cost of housing will be several times lower, provided that the quality of housing is higher, where the cost of food will also be much lower - provided that it is natural food. The water here will be spring or well, and the air will be fresh.
And these people there will be able to organize the care of their children as they see fit. They will have no problem getting a QR code to go for a walk in the neighboring square.
They will not have the mass of the problems that Muscovites faced in March-April-May this year.
Voluntary simplicity - as one of the values, it is the understanding that we do not have to chase profit maximization, we need to create an exchange in which we exchange in such a way that everyone has their own wealth.
And there is a digital version of this local economy - an exchange in which large numbers of people exchange what they can do online.
The easiest place to start is collective purchasing. That is, when we want to receive quality food, but at lower prices.
We find a manufacturer, we have a hundred people, for example, and we tell him that we will buy this from him, and then, having worked it out, we create a consumer cooperative.
And then this poor peasant sells to us directly, at a price, for us, lower than we bought in the store, and for him the price may be slightly higher than the supplier previously bought from him.
When we are out of town, what can we do? Those who worked remotely continue to work remotely. And if I receive money from Moscow, by local standards, I am a fairly wealthy person.
At the same time, we unite into a kind of society in which we support security, which is in the first place.
The other part of the people provides services. People who work remotely can pay for the services of a hairdresser, massage therapist, additional teacher, psychologist, and so on. And so a layer of these people appears.
In a word, it is necessary to unite in cities and look for territories outside the city where you can improve the life of your society. And this is more correct, safer, more rational and more profitable than if people run away from Moscow alone.
The outflow from the cities began. It goes and grows. The pandemic hit a huge number of people on the head so that a lot of people realized that they no longer want to live in the city, that the city is not a place to live.
All the benefits of civilization that were here and beckoning are over.
To summarize: the mass of opportunities that exist outside the city looks like this - housing can be several times cheaper, while work can remain exactly what it was.
If we take distance as a basis, then creating our communities, we can create a large number of small industries, workshops and so on, as well as, of course, markets nearby.
Let's not forget that living in some small Russian city, we can do something like consulting and sell it somewhere in Latin America, which is what the whole world actually does. The digital economy is growing.
The foundation of everything should be a community that should be based on values, and one of these basic values should be linked to our traditional Russian values. For example, with this: justice is more important than money.
And on the basis of this, you need to build your own society, in which all participants will want everyone to have prosperity, in his understanding.
By living outside the city, we can live with the advantages of a big city, while having the advantages of a village.
People who leave the cities in an organized way can win very seriously.
Communities agree within themselves that all people live in prosperity, build their lives on voluntary simplicity, support everyone's business, and land on the territory where they are needed.
And at the expense of numbers, they retain the ability to earn remotely, while simultaneously developing local infrastructure, local production, increasing all this.
This should be our new great idea. "
