An unknown person took hostages in the north of Moscow, there is a threat of an explosion

In Moscow, an unknown person is holding hostages in an apartment at 8 Golovinskoye Highway. The malefactor threatens to explode.
According to TASS, the criminal said that he has explosive devices, which he intends to activate.
How many hostages are in the apartment is still unknown. The entrance of the house is cordoned off, the residents were not evacuated from it. According to TASS, law enforcement and emergency services are working at the scene .
However, RIA Novosti reports that the Interior Ministry has denied information about the hostage-taking.
