Children's hospice "House with the lighthouse" accused of violating drug trafficking rules

The police conducted an unscheduled check in the children's hospice "House with a lighthouse", as a result of which they opened a case for violating the order of drug trafficking. The director and founder of the institution, Lida Moniava, told about this on Facebook.

The check was carried out after the complaint received by the State Drug Control Service. Allegedly, the hospice prescribes too many drugs for one of the children, "pumps" them in, and the director illegally distributes drugs.

“This is all not true, but since the complaint came, the State Drug Control Service began to check. To get to my house, you need a court decision, the hospice is easier to check”, - writes Moniava.

According to her, five employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs came to the hospice in the morning. All day they counted drugs, checked safes, journals and the child's medical record, and also cross-checked at the facility where the hospice purchases drugs.

“According to the results of the check, everything is in order with the medicines. But there are flaws in the logging. The system of registration of journals for accounting (there are a great many, there is even a journal for registering journals) is extremely complex, for every mistake in the figure you can go to jail. All drugs matched, and several journal entries were missing. This, according to the laws of the Russian Federation, is considered a violation of drug trafficking”, - says Moniava.

Now the children's hospice "House with a lighthouse" is charged under Article 6.16 of the Administrative Code (violation of the rules for drug trafficking). The institution faces a fine of 200 to 400 thousand rubles, or the suspension of activities.

Moniava added that this was the second test for this child. The first was carried out by guardianship, which did not reveal any violations.

The hospice director also shared her fears. “And although I told everyone that I was not afraid of anything, but then I lie and imagine how they will put me in prison for something, and Kolya will be taken and sent to the hospital, where there will be all strangers, Kolya will be left there alone and will be scared”, - she notes. But Moniava fears most of all for the hospice, because 750 children depend on it.
