A lawyer from Moscow demanded to protect children from the "porn clip" of Little Big group

According to the lawyer, the Little Big New Year's video for the song "S *ck My D*ck 2020" contains a call "to commit sexual acts in relation to an indefinite circle of persons, including minors".

As Kharchenko said in an interview with 5-tv.ru, the lines of the song: "And sing, With me, These words" "suggest repeating the insulting message of the title of the song". The reason for Kharchenko's appeal to Roskomnadzor, according to him, was the appeal of one of the musicians who asked for a legal assessment of the song.

“In any case, in order to give some kind of assessment, an expert opinion is needed, but as a lawyer, I applied to Roskomnadzor with an application to carry out an inspection and, if necessary, appoint an appropriate examination”, - the lawyer said.

He added that it is personally obvious to him that with a large number of fans among the fans of the group there are both children and adolescents, "who are fluent in English, and it will not be difficult to translate the song".

The lawyer was outraged by the fact that there are no age restrictions in the description of the video, which has gained over 10 million views, and enthusiastic comments containing profanity only encourage the interest of minors in the video. After watching the video, the lawyer decided “to protect children from this kind of music, or to restrict access to viewing and listening”. He added that he, as the father of two young children, would not like them to be able to find something like this clip in the public domain, since the appearance of such works can "lead to the most dangerous social and psychological deformations".

He demands that the authors of the video be held administratively liable under Part 3 of Article 13.21 for promoting obscene language and pornography. The sanction of the article shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of two thousand to three thousand rubles; for officials - from five thousand to twenty thousand rubles; for legal entities - from twenty thousand to two hundred thousand rubles, in all cases the confiscation of the subject of an administrative offense is provided.

The clip "S*ck My D*ck 2020" appeared on the Web on November 6. In the opening frames of the video there is a warning that the authors do not pursue the goal of offending someone's feelings, but offer to watch "a hymn of hatred for 2020 - one of the most difficult and controversial years of the XXI century".

Instead of gifts for the musicians gathered to celebrate Christmas, Santa Claus brings all sorts of trouble: from wildfires to volcanic eruptions.
