“Our society is old, tired, so there won't be many street barricades.
It was in Ukraine that they stimulated the birth rate. We have a parent capital to stimulate the banking business. Therefore, there was a generation of young people in Ukraine, but we practically do not have this generation.
Therefore, the energy of our society is lower.
Therefore, the likelihood of street battles in our country is less than in Ukraine.
In Ukraine, if a pension reform were announced, as we announced it ... We would have barricades in 2018, but we don't have them? No.
This does not mean that they will not be tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
Now everyone is hoping for elections.
The elections to the State Duma in 2021 are such a point of hope as the presidential elections once were.
... If everything goes as it is now, Russia, as it should be, will draw itself a constitutional majority, it cannot draw in any other way; well, or they will draw her, and she, so unhappy, will suffer from it.
No one will believe this.
And then the worst thing happens in the control system.
You see, when they build barricades, it's not scary: barricades are a form of dialogue of a kind.
If barricades are built against you, you are considered a subject.
These barricades can be shot, their participants can be imprisoned, crushed, society can be set on them, it can be said that these commies, liberals or someone else are to blame for everything. It's not a problem. This is a technical job. It is difficult, but it is technical.
The worst thing for the control system is when they stop noticing it.
You and I saw it. Remember how the first wave of Coronabesia ended in Moscow?
For the first two weeks, the people stayed at home in discipline. And then, after a while, people went out into the street. It got warmer. On the other hand, it became clear to people that this was nonsense.
Tverskoy Boulevard. And these are hipsters. That is, these are people who know that they have some rights, and have no idea which ones. Favorite prey of any law enforcement officer: boy, I will plant drugs on you in front of your eyes, and you will be indignant and indignant against this, but you will do it in such a moronic manner that you will drown yourself in court, and I will get extra stars. We do not take Ivan Golunov, it was a special case, a system failure.
And so, this means an oil painting: Tverskoy Boulevard is fenced with ribbons, like, you can't be inside, there is a green zone and it is clear that all the coronavirus in Moscow is concentrated there.
Policemen walk the edges of these ribbons in a disciplined way. And inside this ribbon is torn off in several places, very neatly torn off, and somewhere it is simply lowered down, so that, if necessary, you can simply lift it up, they say, everything is fine.
And people are walking inside! Massively!
All the shops are busy. But very carefully: there is one company on one bench.
Of course, people pass from company to company, get to know each other, joke around, someone even drinks beer, which is an administrative offense, we do not have America.
The cops walk around, look at it with hungry eyes, and do not interfere. Because they understand that the people who are sitting inside are right.
These are not the ones who will fight back, the hipster cannot fight back, well, that is, he thinks that he is cool, but in reality it is the perfect prey.
But at the same time, the police understood that if they got involved now, they would be wrong.
This is the moment when people stop obeying authority and stop paying attention to it.
And this is the most terrible moment for the authorities. This is called delegitimization.
If you are my enemy, but I recognize you, I am fighting with you, I recognize your existence.
...And here they just stop noticing you".
