"Debriefing" after the scandal with the flight on November 11 ended in a pitiable manner for the management of the low-cost airline "Pobeda". At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Pobeda, a member of the Aeroflot group, held on December 8, the participants considered the details of the incident with the Moscow-Yekaterinburg low-cost airline. Having deviated from the route, the liner with 100 passengers on board began to draw curves in the sky in the form of a phallus. As a result, the plane was late by 32 minutes.

“We do not know what exactly could have been imagined in the flight path of our aircraft, but it is possible that the captains of Pobeda expressed their support to the captain of the Russian national football team Artem Dzyuba and showed their attitude to his persecution”, - RBC quotes a statement from a company representative.

Upon learning of the incident, the Federal Air Transport Agency demanded to conduct an inspection and punish those responsible. The supervisory authority considered that the uncoordinated turns of the liner could jeopardize the safety of passengers. The department said that the incident demonstrated "the inconsistency of the airline's management in ensuring the culture of flight safety". The reaction to the "phallus in the sky" turned out to be so serious that Aeroflot was recommended to draw personnel conclusions regarding the leadership of Pobeda Airlines. A similar statement was made by the special representative of the President of the Russian Federation Sergei Ivanov, who called the incident "hooliganism".

After the “debriefing”, Kalmykov's deputy was dismissed from his post, and Kalmykov himself was reprimanded.

Football player Artem Dziuba became a hero of social networks on November 8, when an intimate video with his participation appeared on the Internet. After the sex scandal, Dziuba was temporarily suspended from training.
