Six people were injured in an explosion near the FSB headquarters in the village of Uchkeken in Karachay-Cherkessia. A suicide bomber committed suicide bombing. Earlier it was reported about two victims.

This was reported by Interfax, citing a source.

The agency points out that two explosions thundered near the service building.

- At about 7:00 the first explosion was heard - an unidentified explosive device of low power worked, no one was hurt, - the interlocutor specified.

Later, closer to noon, an unknown person ran up to the law enforcement officers who were working on the spot and made a self-detonation.

The blown up could belong to one of the extremist groups.

"According to preliminary data, the man shared the views of extremist groups and the bandit underground. Before the explosion, he approached a group of law enforcement officers at the entrance to the building of the FSB department and blew himself up shouting: "Allah Akbar"", - said the source.

According to Mash, both victims suffered from shrapnel wounds. There are no fatalities, except for the suicide bomber himself.

According to the Telegram channel "112", the suicide bomber arrived at Bazarny Lane in a car that had been scrapped.

Later it became known that the number of victims of the suicide bombing had grown to six people.

"After the explosion, a doctor asked for help six people, including law enforcement officers and bystanders caught up near the site of the explosion", - specified the Interfax.

The information center of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee (NAC) confirmed that six people were injured.

"When attempting to arrest the criminal, he exploded himself. As a result, six law enforcement officers were slightly injured. They are being provided with the necessary medical care”, - the committee said.

As it turned out, the culprit used the so-called "decoy bomb". First, he detonated a small homemade device. This forced the service staff to run out of the department. Initially, there were no casualties. The territory was cordoned off. Five hours later, the second explosion thundered - when the suicide bomber himself blew up, driving up to the FSB building in a car.
