Perm Governor Dmitry Samoilov resigns

The head of Perm, Dmitry Samoilov, wrote a letter of resignation, according to the press service of the city administration.
After consideration of Samoilov's application, the city duma deputies will appoint a new mayor. This should happen today, according to the message of the mayor's office.
Recall that Dmitry Samoilov headed the Perm administration since November 2016.
