The representative of Aeroflot said this during a meeting in Rostransnadzor dedicated to the problems of operating the SSJ100, Vedomosti reports.
The agency recommended that additional demonstration flights be conducted on an Aeroflot aircraft and simulator together with test pilots from the State Research Institute of Civil Aviation.
At the same time, in the fall of last year, experts from the Federal Air Transport Agency, the Aviation Register of the IAC and the European Aviation Safety Agency have already tested the simulator. The test results showed that the simulator is suitable for use.
"In both modes of operation (normal mode and direct mode), the dynamics of the aircraft flight is well reproduced on the simulator", - quotes the words of the representatives of Rostransnadzor Kommersant.
Aeroflot has long been arguing with the manufacturer of Superjets about the causes of the tragedy that occurred at Sheremetyevo on May 5, 2019. Vedomosti, referring to its sources, note that earlier the giant airline did not talk about problems with simulators. According to the interlocutor of the publication, this is due to the fact that the pilots flew in manual control mode only six times in ten years of operation of this aircraft, therefore they cannot correlate their feelings in flight with such a mode on the simulator.
Earlier, relatives of the victims of the Sukhoi Superjet plane crash filed lawsuits against seven foreign companies that produced aircraft parts, as well as against Aeroflot as the aircraft operator. Recall that as a result of the plane crash, 41 people were beaten.
According to the lawyers of the victims, Aeroflot, like the companies that manufacture parts for the SSJ-100, is obliged to compensate the relatives of the deceased passengers for moral and material damage.
