After vaccination against a new coronavirus infection, you need to follow a number of rules, as well as a certain diet, the Rospotrebnadzor's representatives stated.

"Stress for the body should be avoided, such as hypothermia and overheating, eating foods that can provoke an allergic reaction", - said the department.

Earlier, the head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, clarified that the vaccine against covid will not need to be given to those who have already had this disease and have antibodies.

Let us recall that large-scale vaccination in Russia began on December 4 on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The head of state noted that, first of all, it is necessary to vaccinate citizens who are at risk - doctors, teachers and social workers.

Note that Alexander Gintsburg, the head of the National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology named after N. F. Gamaleya, stated that the first component of the Sputnik V anticoid vaccine - the so-called "light vaccine" - excludes a severe form of the disease.

Yesterday, December 20, it became known about the beginning of vaccination of people with diabetes.

According to the Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko, at least 60% of the country's population is expected to be vaccinated in Russia.
