Record number of cases of covid-19 incidence detected in Russia per day

The daily increase of infected people in Moscow was 7 797 people. 493 cases of death fixed in 24 hours in the country. Recovered and were discharged from medical institutions 2,295,362 patients, including 19,705 per day.

After Moscow, St. Petersburg is in second place in terms of the increase in cases - 3,752 cases. In third place is the Moscow region - 1,523 infected. 501 new patients appeared in the Nizhny Novgorod region, 396 - in the Sverdlovsk region, 394 - in the Arkhangelsk and Pskov regions.

This is followed by the Republic of Karelia - 392, Rostov region - 387, Voronezh region - 384, Volgograd region - 364, Crimea - 350 and Khabarovsk Territory - 330 cases per day.

A total of 2,877,727 cases of covid infection were detected in Russia.

Let us recall that according to the results of the period from January to October in the country, the mortality rate was the highest over the past decade. But this is explained not only by direct losses from the coronavirus.
