In 1920, during the Spanish flu epidemic in Great Britain, the hygiene requirements were exactly the same as today: wear masks and wash your hands.
This century-old poster is published by the Catharsis channel, noting that the time cycle has brought the world to the same point as at the beginning of the 20th century: “1920. Spanish flu pandemic poster":
