Russian megacities froze in traffic jams

29 декабря 2020, 12:57
Traffic jams made the drivers of large Russian cities languish in anticipation on the roads. In Moscow on December 28, congestion reached nine points. The same road collapse was recorded in St. Petersburg, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod and Voronezh.

RIA Novosti reports . A little less traffic "pause" was in Volgograd and Krasnodar - there traffic jams were at the level of "only" eight points. Recall that on the same day near the Moscow Region Reutov on the Moscow Ring Road as a result of an accident involving a heavy truck, a 10-point traffic jam was formed.

Let us note that traffic jams on the roads of the capital began to grow since December 24. Then congestion was already recorded at the level of 8-9 points. This is due to the traditional pre-New Year congestion of city roads, since Muscovites go to shops en masse to shop.
