Dzhokhar Tsarnayev, who is serving a life sentence for his participation in organizing a terrorist attack at the Boston Marathon, has filed a lawsuit with the US government, demanding compensation of $ 250,000 for too strict conditions.

The statement of claim was submitted by Tsarnayev to the federal district court. However, it has not yet been accepted for consideration, because the plaintiff did not provide some documents and did not pay the fee (about $ 400).

The statement states that Tsarnayev, while in prison, is discriminated against and unlawfully treated by her employees. Let us remind you that he is being held in the maximum security prison in the city of Florence, Colorado, to which, as a rule, convicts for terrorism are sent. Contact with the outside world is impossible for prisoners, and they can leave the cell only in shackles and handcuffs.

Tsarnayev complained that his cap and bandana were seized from him. He is also unhappy that he rarely takes a shower. According to the prisoner, such conditions adversely affect his mental and physical condition.

Recall that in August last year, the Court of Appeal overturned Tsarnayev's death sentence. However, there is no question that Tsarnayev will ever be released from prison.

Dzhokhar Tsarnayev and his brother Tamerlane, shot dead during their arrest, detonated two bombs at the Boston Marathon in 2013. As a result of the terrorist attack, three people were killed, 260 people were injured.
