As the news agency notes, the essence of the lawsuit did not directly concern the topic of the pandemic. The reason for the court session was the appeal of the representatives of the defense of a person arrested during the preliminary investigation on charges of committing a serious crime. The defense tried to appeal the extension of the detention for the accused. Having received a court decision with a reference to a "world conspiracy", the lawyers said that the decision with statements of a "speculative nature" violated their client's right to a reasoned decision and the right to judicial protection.
Earlier, in a number of countries, waves of rumors about the artificial nature of the occurrence of coronavirus have been repeatedly raised.
