The draft amendments to Article 26 of the Federal Law "On Banks and Banking Activities" presuppose the inclusion of the Ministry of Justice in the list of organizations and departments that receive the right to use information that is bank secrecy, Izvestia writes.
The ministry clarifies that the draft law was developed to improve the supervision of the activities of non-profit organizations carried out by the Ministry of Justice.
“The implementation of the provisions stipulated by the bill will not entail negative socio-economic, financial and other consequences for non-profit organizations operating in accordance with the current legislation”, - the ministry said.
It is assumed that the government will receive the document in June. In September, it will be submitted to the State Duma.

The bill will affect all types of NGOs, including foundations, communities and state corporations, Gavrilov said.
