Ex-producer of the group "Laskovy May" Andrey Razin won another legal dispute against the former soloist Yuri Shatunov, according to the 5th channel. The director of Shatunov, Arkady Kudryashov, was denied registration of the Laskoviy May trademark. Razin wrote about this in his Instagram account.
“The Chamber for Patent Disputes rejected him once again, so all legal costs will again fall on poor Yura”, - Razin writes. "In vain he does it. You should have signed an amicable agreement with me long ago and not sued, because it is useless to sue Razin".
The conflict between former colleagues has lasted for over a year. In 2019, Razin, who owned the rights to 27 songs of "Tender May", announced that he was ready to share them with Shatunov. To do this, the singer had to contact the producer. He didn't. Several times the song rights case was heard in court. At the end of 2020, another review ended with Shatunov being banned from performing the Tender May repertoire. The appeal he filed was also unsuccessful.
