The son of the head of the Russian Guard (Rosgvardia), Roman Zolotov, became a co-owner of a company that intends to introduce online services in the field of road freight.

The online edition "Company" reports that Roman Zolotov, the son of the head of the Russian Guard, received a 20% stake in the St. Petersburg company "Kronverk", which, among other things, takes orders for freight online on the principle of taxi aggregators. Most likely, transportation services are intended for the Russian oil giants - Rosneft and Gazprom Neft.

General Director of Kronverk Maxim Ogorodnikov is simultaneously a co-owner and general director of NPO Orion Technologies, which supplies drilling equipment for oil wells. The publication notes that the entire membership of this company testifies to its intentions to create an analogue of Uber in the field of cargo transportation. For example, the co-owner, the Sodruzhestvo company, has been managing the transportation of goods to oil fields using winter roads for fifteen years.

However, experts are skeptical about the "uberization" of the freight market, since the carriers plan each next load ahead of time and take orders spontaneously. Moreover, the specificity of Russia is such that in many of its regions there is no mobile Internet, especially in Siberia and the Far East.

Experts note that Kronverk actively cooperates with the security forces. For example, last year the company sold apartments for the prosecutor's office of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region for about 54.1 million rubles, and one of them on the website of state purchases cost 16.5 million.
