"Only 15% of the respondents noted that they had already received an award for the previous year. At the same time, according to the results of a study in December 2020, 37% of Russian residents expected to receive a New Year's bonus", - RIA Novosti cites the results of the Rabota.ru service survey.
10% of respondents who did not receive a New Year's bonus expect that material incentives will be paid by the employer in the next six months. More than half of the respondents said that the management was generous in the amount of less than 10 thousand rubles. 15% of employees indicated that they received bonuses up to 20 thousand rubles. 8% of survey participants received less than 30 thousand. And 20% - more than 30 thousand.
Recall that at the end of December, another personnel and job search service, HeadHunter, cited the results of its poll, according to which most Russians should not have counted on the New Year's prize. Moreover, only 9% of respondents expected full-size bonuses. Analysts pointed out that the highest share of those who will receive the premium in full is in the extraction of raw materials - 27% and the public sector - 18%. In the latter, in addition, the highest proportion of those who will be left without an annual bonus, although they usually receive it - 18%.
At the same time, we note that in December 2020, very generous bonuses were issued. For example, the head of the Bolshesosnovsky district of the Perm Territory issued himself a bonus of 15 salaries.
