Dirty air, on the contrary, increases susceptibility to all viral infections, including covid. Therefore, the expert points out, one must try to constantly provide an influx of clean fresh air.

According to him, it is necessary to especially carefully ventilate those rooms in which people sleep. And also regularly remove dust. This is important because a person spends a significant part of the day there.

"We breathe actively there, therefore, first of all, it is necessary to clean the bedroom. In all other rooms, we are awake and can control the composition and quality of the air, and if necessary, we can either ventilate or leave the room", - Vladimir Bolibok explained.
