That is, according to the authors' intention, every month the Russians should receive money so that they can buy domestic products.

The project entered the government office in December 2020. However, the authorities have not yet discussed the implementation of the measures specified in the document.

It's worth reminding that food prices in Russia have risen in price over the past "pandemic" year by 7.9%, while in the EU countries the price increase was only 1.1%. Social payments also grew in the Russian Federation - by 4.9% from February 1, 2021.

As for the financial situation of citizens, half of the country's residents are unhappy with them, according to a poll by VTsIOM (The All-Russian Public Opinion Research Center). According to another poll, every fourth Russian believes that he lives in poverty. Only 14% of those living in the country believe that the financial situation of their family is stable.
