The average salary of a labor migrant in Russia is 43 thousand rubles

In addition, in many regions of Russia favorable conditions are created for labor migrants, in particular, accommodation is paid for and assistance is provided in the preparation of documents.

The participants of the event, which included representatives of the regional branches of the Federation of Migrants of Russia and other specialists in this field, confirmed that now there are really not enough workers, even despite the good working conditions. Many employers also noted the problem of the so-called “outbid” of workers. It existed before, but during the coronavirus pandemic it became very aggravated. Competitive organizations began to lure labor migrants to themselves by offering better working conditions.

According to a survey conducted by the Federation of Migrants of Russia, employers from 22 regions, whose representatives attended the conference, lack a total of 4,000 employees.

It's worth reminding that the event was attended by representatives of such cities as Kazan, Ufa, Stavropol, Krasnodar, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, etc. Based on the results of the online conference, a resolution will be drawn up, which will be sent to the interested authorities.
