Five people died in an accident with a bus and a timber truck near Irkutsk

According to the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the tragedy occurred at 4:00 local time (23:00 Moscow time). The bus followed the route Irkutsk - Zheleznogorsk-Ilimsky. At the time of the accident, there were 25 passengers on the bus. After the accident, they were sent on a passing bus to Bratsk. Some of them were seriously injured, two in serious condition. The Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region specified that a 22-year-old girl was among the dead.

The Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Irkutsk region indicated that the car was moving at high speed and made a "collision with a KamAZ in the MAZ road train", which was loaded with wood. After that, the foreign car crashed into the bus.
