Changes in the legislation will affect many - from foreign hunters to individuals recognized as foreign agents, from minors who will now be protected from being forced out of public transport for unpaid travel, to holders of Mir payment cards.

In particular, since March 1, it is prohibited to distribute "by default" personal data of the users and clients, - reports Rosbalt agency. Now Russians will be able to decide for themselves which of the information about them is permissible to disseminate, and the operators will be obliged to delete "secret" personal information at the first request of the owner.

As for the owners of Mir payment cards, from March 1 they will be able to pay for purchases from sellers and on aggregator sites with a revenue of more than 30 million rubles a year. From July 1, Mir cards will be obliged to accept market participants, whose annual revenue is 20-30 million rubles.

The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media will create a special register, which will bring together all the mandatory requirements for business and data on the legal acts that established this with their validity period. The registry data will be published on the Internet on a separate website in four months.

From the beginning of the month, an ambiguous legislative norm will also come into force, obliging non-profit organizations (NPOs), recognized by the Ministry of Justice as foreign agents, to properly label their publications. Without such marks, non-profit organisations will receive huge fines of up to half a million rubles. And individuals recognized as foreign agents, starting from March 1, will be subject to criminal liability, if they themselves do not submit applications for their inclusion in the corresponding list of the Ministry of Justice.

A little later, starting from March 7, minors under 16 years old will be protected from being forced out of public transport for the non-payment of travel - in relation to them such actions will be prohibited. Chairman of the Association of Motor Transport Enterprises in Tatarstan Sergey Temlyakov agreed with the correctness of the adoption of such a law, but proposed to amend it. He stressed that it is difficult to determine if children are younger than 16 years old or older and suggested that this category of passengers should show a passport if available, otherwise the conductor may call police officers to hand over the child to them, notes inkazan.ru.

From March 9, foreign citizens who own hunting rifles and cartridges for them will not be allowed to import them into Russia without the permission of the Russian Guard. Upon expiration of the "national guard license" the weapons will be required to be removed from Russia.
