These employees will be responsible for organizing the students' leisure time, distracting them "from the street and the Internet", said Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov.
According to him, the task of advisers is to engage in extracurricular activities, "to organize leisure activities for children".
“We hope that after training they will become good helpers in organizing work with schoolchildren, distracting them from the street, the Internet”, - said the head of the department.
The project passport has already been approved, said Kravtsov.
"The meaning of the program is in the name itself. Everyone himself puts (meaning) in the concept of "patriotism". We put into this concept more knowledge and respect for our small and large homeland, history, communication and respect for adults (...) There is no ideology, more work with children", - the minister explained.
The positions of advisers will appear in Russian schools in accordance with the presidential law on the education of schoolchildren and the formation of their patriotism and citizenship. The head of state, Vladimir Putin, submitted this initiative to the State Duma in May last year.
This law assumes that schools, based on the ministry's model plans, will develop their own educational programs and calendar of events.
Let us recall that the Russian President instructed the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Culture to develop the project "Patriotic Education of Citizens of the Russian Federation". Its preparation should be completed by March 1.
The development will be carried out within the framework of the national project "Education", designed for six years and consisting of ten federal projects. It is planned to allocate 723.3 billion rubles for the implementation.
