30% of the world's drug trafficking in the Darknet is in Eastern Europe, of which 90% is in Russia and Ukraine, the former chief of the Russian Interpol bureau, Major General Vladimir Ovchinsky, is said in his report.
The table in the report shows how during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 Russia and Ukraine increased their share of the global drug turnover in the Darknet (by 10 percentage points).
