Roskomnadzor: Twitter does not come in contact

Zaitsev indicated that the department's claims to Twitter remain unanswered.

Twitter executives said they were concerned about "increasing attempts to block and restrict public discussion on the Internet". Roskomnadzor considered the statements absurd.

Later it became known that access to the Twitter microblogging service for users from Russia would be forcibly slowed down from March 10 in order to force the administration of the service to comply with Russian legislation.

After that, the websites of a number of Russian state authorities were inaccessible. We are talking about the websites of the president of the country, the government, the State Duma and the Federation Council, Roskomnadzor and the Ministry of Economy. There was a failure in the work of Rostelecom, one of the largest Russian providers, and the site of Roskomnadzor itself.
