The decree on the removal of Belozertsev from office was published by the Kremlin press service. The document says that the basis for the dismissal of the governor was pp. "G" Clause 1 of Article 19 of the Federal Law of October 6, 1999 No. 184-FZ "On the General Principles of Organization of Legislative (Representative) and Executive Bodies of State Power of the Subjects of the Russian Federation".

The election of the new governor will take place on a single voting day, September 19, at the same time as the elections to the State Duma.

However, none of those in the case pleads guilty.
