23% of Russians changed their profession from March 2020 to February 2021. Basically, these are those who were employed in the field of production and industry.

9% of those polled by the Rabota.ru service switched to construction, 7% to transport, and 6% to security. The results of the study are cited by RBC.

11% of Russians each changed jobs in the construction and transport sectors.

5% of the respondents said that they left the sphere of banking and finance, cafes and restaurants, and the sphere of education. Of those who worked in the banking sector, 11% went to construction, 9% to manufacturing and industry, 2% to IT. 7% of employees who left cafes and restaurants switched to transport, 6% to retail, 3% to construction. From the education sector, employees most often left for IT - 6% , marketing - 5% and retail - 3%.

At the same time, 4% of employees changed their activities in IT and security, and 3% in marketing, retail and medicine.

At the same time, about half of Russians assured that they were going to change jobs in 2021. There were 43% of them. And 21% intended to find at least a part-time job.

It's worth reminding that earlier a survey of another service - SuperJob - showed that 40% of Russians were disappointed in their careers. And basically, such a sad statement was made by people over 45 years old.

And 52% of the respondents to the survey conducted by HeadHunter admitted that they need a second job. Previously, SuperJob analysts found that the majority of Russians want to change their profession, and 44% are ready for radical changes in their field of activity.
