Sberbank's clients have noted interruptions in the operation of the Internet bank and the bank's mobile application. In particular, users cannot pay for goods by card.

The problem is observed not only in Moscow, but also in the regions from nine o'clock in the morning Moscow time, according to the data DownDetector.

It was not possible to call the bank's call-center to find out the reasons for the malfunctions, Interfax writes. Later, the lending institution commented that there were indeed disruptions, but they lasted only a few minutes, so most of the clients did not feel these difficulties.

“There were indeed difficulties with logging into the application and paying with a card, but it lasted only a few minutes, after which the functionality of all services was restored”, - the bank's press service commented.

Earlier, users complained about failures in Yandex and Google services. Mail and search engine services did not work. In addition, interruptions were noted in the work of Viber, and Amazon.
