Edward Beal was driving the Audi. Who is he? The dude is engaged in primitive provocations and shoots pranks. The business model is very simple: since its audience is omnivorous and not very smart, it is fed with scum like outright financial pyramids, illegal bookmakers. It turns out a cycle, with the money collected from suckers, clothes, cars are bought and read the attributes of "successful success" in order to show your audience how to live.

In the situation with this accident, the moment is still interesting that Edward Beal did not admit his guilt at first, he generally tried to move to the back seat, they say, he was just a passenger, and he simply does not know who was driving. Then, during interrogation, in response to a question whether he was driving, he replied that he "does not understand this." In the end, he nevertheless admitted that he was driving, so to speak, the car at the time of the accident, but he was allegedly not to blame for the accident, he was cut off.

The blogger, of course, immediately tried to redeem, or rather, "buy back" the guilt. But the victims have so far refused compensation.

But in this story, something else is interesting. The fact that Edward Beal got there is just no surprise, but a natural end, well, it's a pity, of course, that it was not in the post, because an innocent girl suffered, who is now in intensive care in a very serious condition and there is a risk that she can do die. What surprised me was the statement by the Moscow City Department of Transport.

Deptrans in its Telegram channel promptly released a bunch of information directly, just like reports from military operations:

“The culprit of the accident is Edward Beal. He is a serial intruder who has been actively sharing his antics on social media. For example, he rebuilt at high speed between the rows and even put a child behind the wheel, endangering him and everyone around him. We found out that 566 violations have been registered for the perpetrator of this accident since the beginning of this year. We believe that he fraudulently avoided responsibility for them. Most of the violations are speed violations, including more than 100 km / h".

What is important: 20 minutes before the accident, cameras recorded how Beal was rushing along Kutuzovsky at a speed of almost 150 km / h. And this was not the only violation that day, only from 11 in the morning he violated at least 7 times.

Think about it: seven times in half an hour. And, apparently, this is how he cooked every day! That is, this is not some kind of accident. This is how man lived.

And here, friends, I was stunned. What does it turn out to be: some kind of unicellular **** was driving around Moscow. He chased in public, filmed himself in a story, bragged to subscribers about his driving style.

The Moscow Department of Transport, the traffic police recorded violations - not one, not ten, not twenty, not fifty, not one hundred - five hundred! They have recorded five hundred violations only since the beginning of this year. Before that, there were even more. That is, on average, a person broke the rules more than six times a day. And these are only those that managed to be filmed and for which fines were issued, because in reality these fines were, of course, more.

And, of course, he did not pay fines. Deptrans writes about a fraudulent scheme. What is this "fraudulent scheme"? The car was simply removed from the register and drove on some left numbers and was not registered at all. And the question arises: what, it was possible?

Here a man stops in the wrong place for five minutes, his car is evacuated, a fine is issued, after which he must go through seven circles of hell because of some three kopecks, and here we have a dude who receives almost 600 fines since the beginning of the year, violates speed of more than 100 km / h, that is, they should have been deprived of his license long ago, but he does not even receive fines, because the car is not registered for him!

That is, you understand - none of the officials and cops who processed this information scratched their **** to ask a question, is *** a stuffed animal? They see in their system that some car constantly, non-stop, violates traffic rules, behaves extremely dangerous, poses a threat to the life and health of other drivers, just pedestrians and residents of Moscow.

But neither the traffic police, whose employees perfectly see these violations and fake numbers, nor the Moscow Department of Transport did anything. Let me remind you, after all, it was Deptrans who covered the whole of Moscow with cameras! But when there really is a serial violator and he is a danger - and no one cares about him! Let the dude ride and have fun!

It didn't matter in 2018, it didn't start yesterday. The police and the prosecutor's office received an appeal that the blogger's activities, including his carriage, pose a threat to people's health.

Olga Trushkina, the then deputy prosecutor of the Central Administrative District, did not see any violations of the law in Edward's actions. Well, just think, he drives around Moscow, violates the rules, well, maybe he will kill someone or cripple, unless this is a violation of the law.

It turns out that it was possible to stop this insolent major three years ago. But the prosecutor, who, by the way, then went on a promotion, did not.
