They do not use swear-words, this is their way of thinking: Russians have begun to use foul language more often on social networks

It turns out that Russians ignore the attempts of the state to "cultivate" them on the Internet. As you know, on February 1, federal law 530-FZ came into force, introducing, among other things, a ban on obscene language. However, this not only did not stop the flow of obscene vocabulary in the Russian segment of the Internet, but, on the contrary, also strengthened it. So much so that journalist Vasily Alenin called the situation "abusive acceleration":

Since February, a law has come into force, according to which social networks must block mate. And immediately the gas pedal to the floor - the obscene acceleration went. Medialogia calculated that from February 1 to March 31, 20.2 million posts were published in social networks using the mat. Last year, for the same period, there were 18.3 million obscene publications.

Is it a spirit of opposition to the authorities? On purpose? Or is life getting harder? Impossible to change - all you have to do is swear?

However, it is possible to act without obscenities in such a way (see Zhvanetsky's "Demoman's Tale") that the imagination accustomed to the roughness of life will finish the rest. And the bosses will understand everything - it is made of the same material..."

It should be added that, in fact, the number of swear words in social networks has grown exponentially, just many began not only to swear in spite, but also to bypass the ban, changing some letters in obscene words, and this, paradoxically, looks even more “obscene”.

"Everything that our authorities will undertake gives a powerful result, exactly the opposite of what was expected!" - network analyst Dmitry Milin responded to this news.

Stas Mirkin, for his part, is sure that this is a kind of protest:

“In many cases, users simply wrote some kind of obscenity on their pages - as a protest over the introduction of a ban and to show the absurdity of such a restriction in principle. In a word, the Russians unanimously responded to the bans: This is outrageous"!

And Larisa Ivanova reasonably adds:

“It’s just that they began to consider what obscenities were not considered obscene before. And this is in a country where people do not use foul language, they think to them..."

Meanwhile, swearing in social networks has increased in the very first days of February, when the law came into force. For example, on February 5, the situation on the abusive front deteriorated sharply. According to the same "Medialogia", by this time the number of used obscene words in the network increased by one and a half times in comparison with the same period last year - Russians published 646.1 thousand publications on social networks using obscene vocabulary.
