The famous psychotherapist and TV presenter Andrei Kurpatov, in an interview with journalist Alena Doletskaya, shared his thoughts on the meaning of life.

“In general, I think that there is no special meaning in life.

Life is the way protein bodies exist. Engels formulated this.

Be that as it may, I still have a natural science education, a worldview...

And (to me) it is clear that there is no special higher plan for each of us.

Which does not mean at all that we cannot find in this life what we consider important, necessary, interesting.

This is what I do, I cannot say that this is the meaning of my life. But I think this is very important.

There is no meaning in life.

(When) I die, and all this will be burned and that's it. I want to be burned and dispelled. It doesn't matter where. Who cares, it won't matter anymore.

I have a form (not a will), how it should be (will be done), everything is ready, everything is clear.

...Another five or six years, and social networks will create a completely new virtual reality. And it is quite possible that he (great-grandson) will know me like a bot and will communicate with me.

And in general, he will absolutely not care, because family ties will undergo radical changes in the very near future".
