Rosreestr building was arrested for non-payment of fines

According to the Audit Chamber, the reason for the arrests was non-payment of transport fines, including for improper parking.

"In 2018–2020, 28 resolutions were issued prohibiting the commission of registration and seizure actions in relation to objects assigned to the CA of Rosreestr", - the press service of the Accounts Chamber told RIA Novosti.

They noted that the structures of Rosreestr are not fully provided with federal property. For example, less than 60% of the total space required for the main activity is assigned to the management of Rosreestr in Moscow, and only 20% to the management of the Moscow region.

This lack of space is compensated by the use of state property objects on a gratuitous basis. 35 real estate objects, three open parking lots and 46 cars (with consumables, including tires), which are owned by Moscow, were transferred for free use to the Rosreestr administration in the city. There are also objects that the management leases on a commercial basis.

"Both departments are in need of additional space for the placement of archives. Within the framework of the Federal Target Program "Development", Rosreestr was supposed to create seven archives with a capacity of 160 thousand square meters, the number of which has been reduced to two, of which one has been completed", - the representative of the Accounts Chamber added.
